How We Are Funded
Tri4Japan is a charity established to raise money to help support projects in Kamaishi, devastated by the earthquake and tsunami.
Our funds come from a number of sources as follows:
- Corporate and individual donations, as well as donations from triathlon retailers
- We aim to get 25 triathlon Clubs to pledge and donate money
- Donation of free entries to triathlon events to be sold by Tri4Japan with entry fee donated
- Ebay Auction with lots donated by profession athletes and their sponsors
- Donation for free 'I donated' Tri4Japan t-shirt
Tri4Japan does not intend to engage professional fundraisers.
If you have any questions about our fundraising or how the funds will be used, please contact us.
